Quality assurance has two sides.
Mold quality assurance:
1. Before mold steel enter warehouse, we will check whether the steel meets the requirements of drawing, hardness and material certificate. If all up to grade, we will let the steel enter warehouse. If not, the steel will be returned.
2. The process check is based on the standard that unqualified parts can not be passed to next process. After each process the parts will be checked. If the parts are up to grade, then the parts will go to next process. If not, the parts will be returned to the last process.
3. When complete mold fitting, we will check the mold based on mold trial check list, if all goes well, we will move to mold trial.
4. During mold trial process, we will check the mold’s action and function.
5. 6-Step Study check molding process, that is The Viscosity Curve, The Cavity Balance Study, The Pressure Drop Study, The Process Window Study, The Gate Seal Study, The Cooling Time Study, we will offer the study report.
6. We will prepare the mold trial report to the customer if needed and summarize the issues we meet during mold trial, in order to solve the issues in next mold trial.
7. After getting confirmation of the final samples from customer, we will check the mold parts one by one. If all goes well, we will arrange to pack the mold.
Product quality assurance:
A. Metal parts quality assurance
1. Before material enter warehouse, we will check whether the material meets the requirements of drawing, hardness and material certificate. If all up to grade, we will let the material enter warehouse. If not, the material will be returned.
2. The process check is based on the standard that unqualified parts can not be passed to next process. After each process the parts will be checked. If the parts are up to grade, then the parts will go to next process. If not, the parts will be returned to the last process.
3. If the parts need assembling process, we will check whether the assembling is OK. If everything goes well, we will arrange to pack them.
B. Molded parts quality assurance
1. Check the molding process and molding machine whether are in compliance with standard.
2. Check the first batch of product, such as the part’s size, appearance, function etc. whether meet the need to the requirements of drawing.
3. We will check the product during production time, normally in every one or two hours.
4. When production in finished, we will make a final sampling check based on AQL standard. If the samples are up to grade, we will pack them for shipping out.
